Grief Counseling in Marietta, Ga

You don't have to grieve alone — whether you lost a close or distant loved one it's challenging to lose someone.

It can often feel like too much to bear and not everyone can understand.

At The Attached Counseling Collective, we have therapists who specialize in helping you in grief. They know how to show up and support you in this time.

Your worst fear has happened.

You loved this person, you cared for them.

Now they are gone, and you feel empty.

Other people lost them too, but it seems no one gets it.

It's a dark, black hole that you can't get out of.

Life now feels hallow.

What is the point, nothing feels purposeful anymore.

When it can all end as fast as it did, life seems pointless. Maybe even hopeless at times.

People tell you: "it will get better" or "it happened for a reason."

You want to tell them to just shut up. And sometimes that anger does come out.

At times you feel the sadness so deep, you lose all motivation.

There is so many people around, yet I still feel lonely.

Other people lost your loved one too but it feels like they don't even understand.

You need someone outside of all this. Someone who won't judge and won't tell you how to feel.

It might just feel restful being in a space where no one will tell you how to feel.

You can be angry, sad, happy or even afraid. You can let it all out.
