OUR PROCESS
We make getting started with mental health services, straightforward.
Step One
Schedule your free, 15-minute consultation to share your story, reason for coming to therapy and learn about The Attached Counseling Collective.
Step Two
To ensure the right fit, We’ll match you with a trained counselor based on your reasons for coming to therapy or your preferred therapist.
Step Three
We will schedule the first session with the therapist. If you haven’t already connected, your therapist will reach out to have a touch point before your first session.
Step Four
Your Journey begins. We recommend therapy for at least three months to really get into the work. We can’t wait to partner with you!
