The world has changed.
So much is unsure. Things change from one day to the next. It’s hard to know what’s okay and not, especially during this health crisis.
You feel disconnected and separated from everyone.
Feeling isolated and alone makes matters even worse.
It would be nice to have a conversation with someone who cares and listens to what you have to say. It’s hard to have those conversations during the current situation. How do you find the help you need?
Counseling is a consideration.
Maybe you have always wanted to do counseling, but the demands of schedules and commuting to appointments seem impossible.
The thought of venturing out in public or sitting in a waiting room may keep you from seeking counseling.
Trying to make it to another thing is overwhelming.
Work and family are the priority, yet your health needs to be a priority, too.
Online therapy offers a viable alternative.
With online therapy in Georgia, you can find the help you need without leaving the comfort of your home.
If the outside world feels unsafe, we come to you virtually.
Teletherapy can be the perfect fit for the busy life you live and offers the best way to access therapy when it’s too far, too much, or too risky to be in person.
You can have a quiet, safe space to process, just like any other client.
Online Therapy services are available for most of our specialties.
If you aren’t comfortable coming into our office, we can still work with you!
Online therapy in Georgia is as effective as in-person therapy for most clients. You will have privacy and safety during each session.
The requirements are minimal. You need a safe, private space (home, car, etc.) free from interruptions and distractions. In addition, you will need access to an Internet connection and a device (cell phone, iPad, laptop, or computer). We will provide a safe link that is HIPPA compliant.
We offer online therapy only in the state of Georgia.

FAQs on Online Therapy
What is Online Therapy?
Sometimes clients experience difficulty in making it to therapy sessions, due to traffic, work schedule, family obligations, and other demands on their time. We all know how Atlanta traffic can be. Or maybe you’re a little farther away from our office than is feasible to drive on a consistent basis.
Seeing a therapist online is much like seeing an individual therapist or couples therapist in their office. Online therapy can give you access to quality counseling from the comfort and privacy of your home, car, office, etc no matter where you are in the state of Georgia. You can see your Attached therapist on your lunch break in your car if needed (as long as you’re not driving).
So if the idea of trying to find time to drive to our office holds you back from therapy, contact us today to see how online therapy can work for you.
I’m in another state, can I see one of your therapists?
That’s a complicated question. Our therapists are licensed, or are pursuing licensure, in the state of Georgia, and need to operate within the rules and requirements of the State Composite Board.
Our clinicians cannot use their Georgia license to see a client in a different state without following the requirements of that state. Some states offer Georgia clinicians the ability to see clients in that state by simply requesting permission, while others require additional training, coursework, or other requirements to see clients in that state.
How do I know if Online Therapy is right for me?
Online therapy may be right for you if your location, schedule, or preference prohibits you from seeing a therapist in office. Maybe you live in a remote area of Georgia and there’s not a therapist anywhere nearby. Or maybe your busy schedule keeps you from being able to get the help that you need. Or maybe you just want to improve your mental health or relationship from the comfort and privacy of your home.
Whatever the reason, if you’d like to see one of our therapists virtually, give us a call today or fill out the interest form at the bottom of the page.
